John Dyer

Original Painting by John Dyer. A Feast of Food, Italy.

Ripe plump aubergines & red peppers feature in this stunning Italian landscape painting by ethnobotanical artist John Dyer. Olive trees line the hills in the background & pencil pines soar to the sky. Wonderful shadows and a glowing light capture the harvest in Italy. Italian farm characters pick the tomatoes and aubergines and an old farmer stands with his stick in the corner. An Italian delight.
