John Dyer

John Dyer Painting. Soaking up the Sun, Cornwall. 12 x 12 inches acrylic on canvas

This delightful John Dyer painting captures the joy of sitting in a garden in the Cornish sun. Painted in the artist's garden in Falmouth the painting takes our view out across the garden to the deep blue sea beyond. The artist has featured many of his favorite plants which grow in the garden, including bananas, palms, olives, geraniums, eciums, aeoniums and more. A special painting that captures the vibrancy of the light in Cornwall, the amazing variety of plant forms and colours and the atmosphere and healing properties of taking time for oneself to relax and soak up the sun. Wonderful.
