John Dyer Painting. Blue Irises and Mermaids, Castle Beach, Falmouth

Castle Beach in Falmouth is a favourite subject for artist John Dyer to explore with his paints. In this new painting the artist has created a vibrant scene of Cornish mermaids, fishing boats and fun with a gorgeous foreground of blue iris flowers. Pendennis castle can be seen in the background on the headland proudly flying the Cornish flag. Seals and swimmers complete this wonderful piece.
