Joanne Short

Joanne Short Ceramic Bowl Cornish Poppies and Campion flowers

The very human hand built quality and loose glaze work on this Joanne Short Cornish bowl give the bowl a sense of lightness and honesty. Limted colours allow the red poppies and pink campion flowers to combine effortlessly with the clay form. The use of colour echos St Ives art from the 1950s with bands of colour. A unique piece of Cornish ceramics.
