• A few working days after you order we will email you your tracking number and delivery details. For larger paintings in the mainland UK we use a specialist art courier who will telephone you to arrange the delivery.

• When you checkout you can select a billing address and then a different delivery address and even country if you wish.

• We expertly pack all our paintings at the gallery and use international couriers to get the paintings securely to your door.

◽️ We don't charge you for delivery, so if there are some charges to import in your country you only have to pay those and not the delivery costs

• Paintings are sent from the UK using the export and commodity code: 9701910000 normally this classification entitles goods to be free of import duties (not necessarily local VAT/TVA) in most countries. The decision is however on the border and point of import. This is not in our control. We recommend you check your local import duties in your country but we have never had any issues in over 30 years of exporting art as our collectors understand that if we pay for the delivery any import costs are easily paid at their end.

◽️ We will start to prepare your painting immediately.

• We check the painting and frame and then very carefully pack the painting. This does take a few working days and we will arrange delivery shortly after that. Normally we expect to get smaller paintings out to you in around five working days.

• For larger paintings it takes slightly longer and we will be in touch with expected delivery dates shortly after purchase.
