Joanne Short

Cornish ceramic vase with fish by artist Joanne Short

This fish vase is a wonderful example of contemporary Cornish ceramics by Newlyn Society artist Joanne Short. Joanne is an acclaimed Cornish painter and she brings her unique skills as a colourist to this piee of ceramics. The glaze colours used are clear and bright and the fish swim all around the vase. A warm soft yellow galzed interior completes the magic.
