Art for art’s sake. Twelve Sunday Express readers were given the chance to receive a stunning framed A2-sized, vintage-style art print by the acclaimed Newlyn Society artist Joanne Short.

John Dyer and Joanne Short regularly travel to Provence to paint the stunning landscape and colours. The artists have been visiting the region since 1997 and even spent three years living on the Côte d'Azur.
St Ives is one of Cornwall’s most popular tourist destinations, but long before it was a draw for visitors this sweeping hillside fishing village in the west of Cornwall was a haven for artists. Today, St Ives remains abuzz with studios, workshops and galleries. It’s also a foodie destination in its own right with its own Food & Drink Festival taking place on 14 and 15 May 2016
