John Dyer is an artist who has created vibrant paintings in support of a better understanding of the role of tropical crops. He has done work for INIBAP, IPGRI, and the Eden Project (UK). The paintings are mentioned here as the style could have great potential in illustrating agroforestry resources. The Menton Conservatoire of music in France is featuring a new painting by John Dyer on their poster for their flute concert. John is currently living and working in Menton with his family and they are forging close links with this musical institution.

Eden's painter in residence John Dyer and artist Joanne Short invite you to join them in France & Italy for a glass or two of wine at the private view of their spectacular new exhibition and to take a tour of the gardens that inspired it. The artists are resident artists' of the Hanbury Gardens in Italy and the gardens at Clos du Peyronnet in France.
