John and Joanne share similar ideas, popular with their customers, at times painting side by side while out on an excursion along the Cornish coast, but each has their own individual way of executing their artwork, with very different results. Both artists use a bright and colourful palette, but John's work uses plenty of acrylic paint, while Joanne's art uses oil in flat blocks of colour, almost like a print. John's work captures holiday life and fun in the sun in the most fantastic way.

Nestled in the picturesque harbour town of St Ives, Porthminster Beach is a true paradise for beach lovers. Stepping off the boat onto the shores of Tresco in the Isles of Scilly feels like entering a different world. The vibrant colours and details of the surrounding flora in Joanne's painting of Old Grimsby coupled with the serene waves lapping against the shore, are utterly mesmerising.
