Joanne Short

Over the Rooftops, Fowey. Original painting by Joanne Short

The view that Joanne Short has painted on this canvas is one of her favourites. It is the view of Fowey that everyone sees if arriving by land and the artist feels it really captures the spirit of this special seaside town. A keen gardener herself the artist features a seaside garden in her painting with yellow and orange gazanias. The view is over cottages and the church to the Fowey river beyond.
