Joanne Short

Original painting by Joanne Short. Summer Landscape, Tresco, Isles of Scilly.

Artist Joanne Short has painted the view across the island of Tresco to the islands & sea in the distance. Our view is through a bank of wild Cornish echiums and daisies and across a field defined by bold bands of purple and cream which creates a great sense of depth. Pine trees and the grass of the block house can be seen in the distance. Painted from the artist chalet at Borough Farm on Tresco.
