A very special painting of Ring Tailed Lemurs painted during John Dyer's residency for the Darwin 200 UK celebrations. Appointed as the official artist for the UK celebration this painting was painted in the lemur enclosure at Newquay Zoo in Cornwall. The lemurs climbed all over the artist's easel while he was in the enclosure. Tropical plants with bright oranges & lime greens create a jungle feel.
