'Cuddle on the Cliffs, Treen Cove, Zennor', 12x12 inches acrylic on canvas. Paintings of Cornwall by Cornish Artist John Dyer. Cornwall Art Gallery

This Cornwall painting is a piece of original art painted with acrylic on canvas by Cornish artist John Dyer.

The walk from Zennor, along the coast to Gurnard's Head, is spectacular and rugged. At Gurnard's Head Beach, just before the headland, you can find a granite seat, and this remote and romantic cliff top perch has inspired this new John Dyer painting of the amazing coastline of West Penwith and the view out across Treen Cove. The rich orange and red colours of the  bracken combine with the fresh cliff top greens and aqua sea blues in a palette of colours that is so evocative of this part of Cornwall. Cornish choughs and seagulls fly over the white sand of Gurnard's Head beach and windswept trees cling to the cliff top.

This piece of Cornish art, 'Cuddle on the Cliffs, Treen Cove, Zennor' by John Dyer, and other original paintings of Cornwall that are for sale on our online Cornwall art gallery, can be purchased securely online. We provide free worldwide delivery to your door.
