Artists John Dyer and Joanne Short have recently converted their trusty 110 Land Rover Defender into a go anywhere Art Studio and Bed and Breakfast ! One of their first trips was to the Lizard in Cornwall to paint the Lighthouse.

MORE than 300 people came to the launch event to see artist John Dyer’s new exhibition of paintings created during his residency for the Falmouth to Royal Greenwich Tall Ships Regatta 2014.

Hundreds of schoolchildren have taken part in Tall Ships-themed art and writing workshops at Falmouth Art Gallery over the past couple of months.
The Royal West of England Academy held a Secret Postcard Auction on 3 July 2014 featuring dozens of small original artworks by leading British artists. John Dyer is one of the artists selected to be part of this event alongside Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Grayson Perry and Royal Academicians Norman Ackroyd, Richard Long and Hughie O'Donoghue and many others.
The BIG Art & Storytelling Tall Ships Project has now been launched in London for the Falmouth to Royal Greenwich Tall Ships Regatta.
A picture is telling thousands of words as school children across the country knuckle down to interpreting an oil-based celebration of one of this year’s great world Maritime events – the Falmouth to Royal Greenwich Tall Ships Regatta.
On Monday 24th March 2014 The BIG Art and Storytelling Tall Ships Project was presented to nearly 50 teachers representing 34 schools from all over Cornwall at the National Maritime Museum Cornwall.
