John Dyer Painting. Sailing past St Mawes. 12 x 12 inches acrylic on canvas

Gaff rigged sailing boats and blue agapanthus flowers have provided the inspiration for this painting by Cornish artist John Dyer. The artist has chosen a view through the flowers towards St Mawes Castle on the Roseland Peninsula. The artist has captured swimmers enjoying the summer sunshine and the whole painting is a celebration of life on the coast of Cornwall in Falmouth.
