John Dyer Fine Art Print. Open Edition Cornish Art Print. 'Iris Blue, St Ives'. Cornwall Art Gallery

Paper Size or Frame Size in Inches: 18"x24"

Prints of Cornwall featuring the wonderful town and harbour of St Ives, from our Cornwall art gallery showcasing art by Cornish artist John Dyer.

John Dyer is the master of capturing Cornwall at its very best. This amazing print of St Ives has a wonderful sense of space that is created by the vast blue sky and sea with a curved horizon. Small boats dot the sea with an array of colour and activity. A family of four (the artist and his family) gaze at the spectacle and the dazzling light. Our view is through gorgeous blue iris flowers.

This is the perfect archival art print of St Ives for homes & offices. Buy online with free & fast worldwide delivery. Available unframed, or framed in a wide range of sizes that are ready to hang on your wall at home, or in the office.

•The framed prints crop the image to fit the frame and mount proportions, We carefully select how the image is cropped.

•Unframed prints show the full image as your local framer will be able to create a bespoke frame to fit around the proportions of the image.

Item Information

Description Open Edition Art Print
Artist Cornish Artist John Dyer (born 1968)
Paper type Museum-quality fine art archival paper
Print process

Premium Quality Fine Art Museum-Quality Giclée Print.

Our open edition prints are created for you by an official Fine Art Trade Guild printer. The lightfastness of the print is one of the most important criteria for this quality standard, which ensures that it scores a value of 6 or more on the Blue Wool Scale.

We only use genuine and official UV (pigment-based) inks, ensuring that each print accurately reflects the colour of the original painting. UV inks include extra light stabilisers that give them longevity of over a century under optimum conditions.

Prints
Open edition
Medium UV-resistant archival ink creating vibrant rich colours and the maximum longevity. As with all pieces of art please avoid hanging in direct sunlight if possible.
Unframed option Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm museum-quality fine art paper.  The dimensions shown are for the outer edge of the paper not the size of the image.
Framed option Museum-quality fine art paper 200gsm. Framed with a 'Snow white' conservation grade mount and glazed with perspex. The dimensions shown are for the outer edge of the frame not the size of the image.
Frames Created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. This frame has a square profile measuring 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).
Glazing

Shatter resistant perspex, ideal for art prints. Clean only with a soft damp cloth. Do not use household cleaning chemicals.

Perspex is a cost effective and perfectly suited glazing solution for larger framed works. Its flexibility and lightness lends itself to the glazing of large art pieces in slim contemporary frames which are generally too flexible to support glass. It is safer to ship perspex glazed art as perspex doesn't often shatter during transport. A perspex glazed piece of art is also substantially lighter, and therefore easier to hang on the wall.

If you wish to have glass glazing we recommend purchasing unframed and asking a local framing company to build a bespoke frame for you.

Sizes N.B. Sizes shown are the paper size or external dimensions of the frame.
