The Menton Conservatoire of music in France is featuring a new painting by John Dyer on their poster for their flute concert. John is currently living and working in Menton with his family and they are forging close links with this musical institution.
“The painting is a 12x10 inch canvas and shows the wonderful day that the mountain animals came down from the hills into Menton. Musicians from the Conservatoire then paraded through the streets of the Old Town. It was so magical it had to be painted” John Dyer.
The painting will be exhibited in June as part of the “Singing and Zinging in the South of France” exhibition.
