Refund policy


We have thousands of happy customers and have a clear refund and replacement policy for artwork purchased online from our gallery.

Faulty or damaged items

If for any reason your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit we will either replace the item, if that is possible, within 7 days or refund you in full within 14 days. We will require evidence of the fault or damage to be provided. This can often be emailed via a smartphone. Please keep any packaging as we may need to also see this or ask you to use that for a return.

Cancellations & refunds

Our online and telephone order customers have the right to cancel certain orders up to 14 days after the order is placed unless the item is a bespoke custom-produced* item like our homeware, art poster prints, canvas prints, open edition prints, phone cases, & clothing as those are all produced in different locations around the world to specific sizes, colours and specifications for you. Please order carefully as these orders are not cancellable or refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that arrive later than you expected or hoped for as this is out of our control. We strive to deliver every order as fast as possible to you and for almost all items this is free of charge. We do not offer a fast overnight delivery service at a higher cost as we already prepare and ship as fast as we possibly can.

If you wish to return an eligible item to us please ensure you have packaged it securely using the same or equivalent packaging material that it arrived in and contact us at the gallery before you send the item to us for our return address details.

We will issue you a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back in perfect condition.

Our customers cover the shipping costs back to us and the costs of delivery we incurred for the order for all cancellations. Even though we offer free delivery we do incur costs ourselves for shipping and will need to deduct those costs for any cancellations from the refund.

We can only accept returns and return requests from the person who purchased the item.

*Custom-produced bespoke items that are made to order

We are unable to accept returns of custom-made bespoke items. If there is a fault a replacement will be sent once this has been agreed upon.

Phone Cases
Please order carefully as each case is created especially for you with the painting of your choice on the handset model and size of your choice and in the finish of your choice. We are unable to accept return requests as they are custom-produced items.

Art Poster Prints, Open Edition Prints & Canvas Prints
Please order carefully as each print is created especially for you with the painting of your choice on the size of your choice and framed to your choice. We are unable to accept return requests as they are custom-produced items.

Art Mugs
Please order carefully as each mug is created especially for you with the painting of your choice on the size of your choice. We are unable to accept return requests as they are custom-produced items.

Clothing
