The colour of art items may vary between the original items and your device. We try our best to give you a very good idea of what you will receive, but please remember that the items you actually receive are the correct colour.
Framed prints are shipped in specially designed boxes and will arrive ready to hang. Please be careful when opening the packaging in case the glass has been damaged.
Please inform us within 24hrs if anything you receive is damaged.
We are happy for all ages to browse our website but we can only accept orders and email registrations from adults aged 18 and above.

The Information Commission (ICO) has confirmed with us, by telephone April 2018, that as a micro-business we do not need to make any changes due to GDPR as we have legitimate interests in holding data in digital and paper form to run our business, keep in contact with our clients and to adhere to the law of accounting. The ICO stressed that we do not need to seek further permissions to keep in contact with our existing clients and that our small business should not be made vulnerable by reducing our client base due to GDPR. All of the data we hold on our customers is required to run a successful gallery business and this data is used for many years in an active way to plan exhibitions and to assist our clients with purchases and information requests. Paintings have a very long life and our gallery records naturally reflect that.
The information we hold is only used by our business and is used proportionately.
We will use emails and postal details to keep in contact with you. On 13th May 2018, we emailed all our existing clients to inform them of our updated terms and conditions relating to GDPR.
As an example, in 2018, we put on a John Dyer retrospective exhibition and many happy clients from 1990 to 2018 loaned their paintings for this. We used our gallery database records and contacts to request the paintings for this exhibition from our clients going back over the years and then once we had their permission put them in contact with Falmouth Art Gallery who put on the exhibition. This is a good example of legitimate interests and benefits ourselves and our clients.
If you would ever like to see the data we keep on you, you may request this and we will send this to you within 30 days. If for any reason you decide to ask us to delete your digital information that we hold we will, of course, do this. Our paper records do have to be kept for legal accounting reasons.
We regularly review our processes.
We will only use your information to contact you with regard to any orders placed and to keep you informed of new items that we think you will want to know about. We never share or sell data.
We will invite you to attend our prestigious exhibition events too which we hope to perhaps meet you at in the future.

We never share information with other companies or organisations for marketing purposes and never sell any data. We will keep your information confidential with reasonable precautions, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).
We use Shopify, their service partners and associated apps and working partners for our transactions, fulfilment, website hosting and email marketing automation platform (an email marketing platform with unsubscribe functions is a legal requirement). Information will be transferred to Shopify and 3rd party providers for processing. We also use Shopify for transactional emails and FaceBook/Instagram for buy now buttons and information is shared with these platforms to enable this functionality. Additional 3rd party providers will have sales data shared with them e.g Parcel2Go, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DPD and other couriers as well as print suppliers like Prodigi and Gelato, as delivery and sales information has to be provided to fulfil orders.
We use Shopify, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Amazon Pay to collect/process transaction information.
