The Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions (CATA) have selected a wonderful John Dyer painting of the Helford Passage in Cornwall for the front of the 2017 'Best Days Out Cornwall' guide.
Emma Abbott from the Eden Project a research manager and the vice chair of CATA contacted the artist as she felt the artist's vibrant work was perfect for showing people enjoying Cornwall.
"Cornwall is such a brilliant place, full of exciting colours, places, people and all the wonderful CATA attractions. I was delighted to be asked if I would allow my painting to feature on the latest guide. I have a long history of working with the tourist industry in Cornwall and this latest guide is one of many publications over the years that have used my work. The result looks wonderful and my family and I will certainly be using some of the enclosed money off vouchers for exciting days out this year !" John Dyer.
The new guides will be available to pick up for free all over Cornwall.
