Children’s Tall Ships 2008 Art Competition Launched

Falmouth Tall Ships, The National Maritime Museum Cornwall and The John Dyer Gallery are pleased to announce the launch of one of Cornwall’s biggest ever children’s art competitions.

Children across the UK up to and including the age of 16 are invited to paint or use mixed media to create a stunning picture on the subject of “Tall Ships and Small Ships”.

The pictures should be emailed into the competition and they will all be displayed on our amazing interactive gallery.

The winners will be invited to a VIP reception at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth on Friday 12th September 2008.

Prizes and Judges to be announced soon.
